What we keep, and why.

Who we are

DeltaQuant Lifesciences FZE, UAQ Free Trade Zone, Umm Al Quwain, U.A.E., is the controller of the personal data described here (the data fiduciary under India's Act). You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you give us when you ask for samples, documents or a quotation, or when you talk to the transfer specialist:

• Your name, company, role and country, your work email and, if you add it, your phone number.
• What the enquiry is about: your application, the configuration you built (product line, variety, volume, port option, component and units per bag), the type of alpha port you use, your expected annual quantity and timeline, and whether you asked for samples or documents.
• The messages you exchange with the transfer specialist, kept as a transcript of that conversation.
• The part of the site you were on when you wrote, and campaign parameters carried by the link you arrived from, if any.
• A one-way hash of your network address, used only to limit abuse of the service. The address itself is not stored.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry: to answer your questions, to send samples and documents such as certificates and protocols, and to prepare a quotation. We do not use these details for advertising, profiling or automated decisions about you, and we do not sell or share them for marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent. We only store your details after you have said yes, either by ticking the consent box on a form or by answering the transfer specialist's consent question. You can withdraw that consent at any time; doing so does not affect the handling that took place before.

Who sees it

Our sales and engineering teams, who handle the enquiry. Lead details are delivered to them by email. To generate the transfer specialist's replies, your messages are processed by an AI model run by a third-party provider acting on our instructions; the provider does not use them for its own purposes. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract. Nobody else receives your details unless the law requires it.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored and processed in the U.A.E. and by our service providers, which may be located outside the country you write from, including outside the European Economic Area and India. Where a transfer takes place we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and on your consent to the processing described here.

How long we keep it

Until the enquiry is closed and for as long as required by law. We review stored enquiries periodically and erase records that are no longer needed. If you withdraw consent earlier, we erase your details unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.

Your rights

Whatever your location, you may ask us for:

• Access: a copy of the details we hold about you.
• Correction: fixing details that are inaccurate or incomplete.
• Erasure: deleting your details, subject to legal retention duties.
• Withdrawal of consent: at any time, with the effect described above.
• Grievance: raising a complaint with us, which we will acknowledge and answer. In the EU you may also complain to your data-protection authority; in India you may approach the Data Protection Board after we have answered.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, pixels or fingerprinting. Your browser's session storage holds a random conversation identifier for the transfer specialist and any campaign parameters from the link you arrived on; both are discarded when the tab closes and never leave your browser except with a message you send.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and, where the change matters to an open enquiry, tell you by email.
